Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Right at the time you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, our expert team will have been ready waiting for you at the baggage claim area. With a welcome board highlighted with your name and Faithful Travels’ logo, we guarantee you a fast, comfortable and direct transfer to your hotel.

After completing your check-in procedure, you have the remainder of the day for yourself.

Day 2: Hanoi City Food Tour by Motorcycle

The Temple of Literature

Morning and Afternoon

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour guide is ready to pick you up to begin your today’s journey. It will be a gripping experience since we will mainly explore the city on motorbikes.

A morning can’t be completed without a coffee shot, so let's firstly have a sip of Egg Coffee (Ca Phe Trung), a unique creative mixture of coffee and egg, created by the founder of Giang Cafe’, which will cheer up your taste buds with joy.

 

We will begin our journey in the centre of Hanoi. Visiting architectural symbols of the city, which will interpret a long history of this area. From The One Pillar Pagoda. which was built back in 1049, get through Ngoc Son Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, which maintain the soul of Thang Long capital (former name of Hanoi during feudal era), to Hanoi Opera House, Long Bien Bridge, which shows off the vibe of French architecture. 

If you want a more leisurely journey across the city, we can set up a Hanoi tour on cyclo (xich lo), which can give you a time relaxing and enjoying the taste and the smell of Hanoi Old Quarter, slowly brightening up your senses.

 

After Hanoi city tour, you will be transferred to your hotel, complete a day exploring Vietnam’s capital city.

Day 3: Halong Bay Overnight Cruise Trip

Morning

Wake up early and fulfill your stomach with prepared breakfast at your hotel.

At 8:30, our tour guide will be at the hotel lobby and with you depart to the next destination. Halong Bay. This UNESCO-recognized natural wonder is a must-see. We will get there after a 2.5-hour car trip.

After your arrival, let’s board on the cruise with a warm welcome of the crew staff. You can observe the beauty of the miracle presents from the nature - a variety of unique isles surrounded by turquoise ocean water, while having lunch on board.

Afternoon

After lunch time and a short nap, it’s now the time to try out the list of fascinating activities, including swimming, diving, kayaking or cave exploration.

Enjoy a world-class dinner at 6:30 pm, then we’ll have jazzy night, sip a cocktail, enjoy the dance, or if you prefer something more leisurely, squid fishing at night may be a choice.

Morning

In the early morning, to kick-start your day, it’s time to join the Tai Chi session on the board deck. During the practice, you can explore the way to control the power of breath and mighty mind. Sipping a coffee or tea under the delightful light. 

A tasty and high quality breakfast has been prepared by the cruise’s famous chef and his team, waiting for you to enjoy.

During the day time, you can join in some exciting activities like kayaking or snorkeling, admiring the beauty of nature around. If you want some more tailored activities, feel free to tell us, Faithful Travels team is ready to creat you the most fascinating itinerary.

At noon, the cruise will be back to the harbor, and our driver will have been there to pick you up and arrive back to Hanoi

Afternoon & Evening

Back to Hanoi, you can take some time to wander around the Old Quarter's historic streets. Our culinary adventure will begin in the late afternoon, treating your taste buds with some of Hanoi's most well-known specialties.

For starters, you can try Hanoi’s King and Queen of street food, Nem Chua Ran (fried fermented pork roll) and Nom Bo Kho (dried beef salad).

If you prefer something “hot”, then we have Banh Cuon, often known as Steamed Rice Rolls, Banh Mi (Vietnamese style baguette) or Cha ca La Vong (Lavong’s Fish Cake).

For the main course, soup-based dishes such as Pho Bo (Vietnamese beef flat noodles), Bun Thang (rice vermicelli noodles with 7 kinds of topping), and Bun Bo Hue (Hue style beef noodles) are some perfect recommendations.

Day 5: Flight to Hue - Cyclo Food Tour

Morning

You have some time off this morning to eat breakfast and pack your luggage. Then, take the fight directly to the Old Capital of Vietnam - Hue

Evening

At about 18:00, your guide will reach your accommodation in Hue by cyclo

Then, your first trip in Hue is a food tour to try Hue’s most specialties: Banh Beo, Banh Nam, Banh Bot Loc, Banh Ram It, Banh Uot, Banh Khoai, etc…

After that, you will ride the cyclo to "Hen Island" where you may have clam dishes like clam noodles and clam rice ("Hen" meaning baby clam).

Along the route, you will stop along the way to see the Imperial Citadel at night, which served as the ruler of the Nguyen Dynasty's palace.

It will be ideal in case we reach Truong Tien Bridge at dusk, which is a perfect place for sunset watching. 

En route back, you still can sightsee the picturesque panorama of Hue nightlife as the cyclo drives you around the streets. 

For mementos, you can purchase Minh Mang wines, sour prawns, conical hats, long dresses (ao dai), and sesame candy at some street stalls. 

You will be back to the hotel before 10 p.m to rest and recharge energy for the day after.

Day 6: Hue City Tour Full Day

Visit The Imperial City Of Hue

Morning

Gather at the hotel lobby after breakfast to start our journey. 

Thien Mu Pagoda is the first attraction we visit. The pagoda has a rich history dating back to the early 17th century. It is a popular destination which attracts visitors with its historical significance, architectural beauty, and scenic surroundings.

Next, come to the Imperial Citadel of Hue is a vast walled complex featuring a unique blend of traditional Vietnamese, Chinese, and European architectural styles. You might take time to admire the beauty from the front gate, to the Flag Tower, and The King’s Palace.

After two historic destinations, you can go shopping in Dong Ba Market. In the oldest market in Hue, you can find a bunch of interesting things displayed on kiosks that stand next to each other. They are perfect souvenirs that you can purchase as gifts for your beloved ones.

Afternoon

See the Khai Dinh Tomb, which is the smallest tomb of the Nguyen Emperors and is renowned for its exquisite fusion of Western and Oriental design elements.

Admire the magnificent scenery in the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang. The architecture is striking to your vision with its old-world sense infused with Confucian values.

Before returning to the hotel, visit a conical hat village to observe the artisans at work and have an opportunity to chat with the local people.

Day 7: Immerse In The Ancient - Hue to Hoi An

An Iconic Old Style Cafe' in ancient Hoi An

Next morning, from your hotel in Hue, a private car will take you to one of the most beautiful ancient towns of Vietnam - Hoi An. Along the way, you can make a few stop for sightseeing and taking photo

It’s perfect to have a walking or cycling tour around Hoi An. First, immerse in the timeless beauty of Hoi An Ancient Town by taking a leisurely stroll around the winding pathways that are located along the Thu Bon River.

The sceneries here will give you a sense of feel-like-living-in-a-lacquerware-painting.

Enjoy a wonderful evening in Hoi An, boating along Thu Bon River and putting floating lanterns, or discovering the beauty of Hoi An night market, before the upcoming exploration.

Booking Policy
BOOKING POLICY

The information found on our website, brochures and other marketing material has been compiled with care and is provided in good faith. However, it is subject to change and does not form part of the contract between the client (Party A) and Faithful Travels Asia (Party B). When booking a tour with Faithful Travels Asia, the client agrees in full to the following terms and conditions:
QUOTED PRICES
All prices quoted are in either USD or VND and subject to change due to fluctuations in the exchange rates or additional government fees, which may be imposed at any time. In the case of minor increases, Party B won’t revise the cost of a confirmed package.
 PAYMENT AND TOUR CONFIRMATION
Once Party A makes a reservation, Party B will follow up within 2 business days via email with an invoice to Party A.
It is Party A’s responsibility to review the invoice to ensure it matches services booked, and if so, to submit payment within 24 hours to secure the package’s price. For urgent bookings, Party B will inform Party A of the payment deadline.
Payment can be settled by cash, credit card or through bank transfer. In case where payment is executed by bank transfer, any bank charge levied by the sending bank relating to the transaction must be paid by Party A.
If the payment is made by credit card, Party B requires Party A to use its own card and bring the card used for payment along the tour. Party B keeps the right to check it.
Please note that this is the general term and conditions, and in some exceptional cases or group booking, Party B will inform Party A of the specific terms and conditions applied at the booking time.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by Party A
If the client cancels some or all portions of the booking, cancellation fees shall be applied. A cancellation shall only be effective when Party B receives and confirms written confirmation of the cancellation.
The cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 10% of the total amount;
Cancellation made 30 – 16 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total amount;
Cancellation made 15 – 8 days prior to arrival date will be charged 75 % of the total amount;
Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date or no show will be charged 100 % of the total amount.
Cancellations by Party B
Party B may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for Party B to operate the planned itinerary or Party B feels it is not safe for the client to travel to the destination.
If Party B cancels the client’s trip, Party A can transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside of Party B’s reasonable control, refunds shall be received by the client minus any unrecoverable costs from services already used. Party B is not responsible for any incidental expenses that the client may incur as a result of the booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excesses or non-refundable flights.

AMENDMENTS
The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
Whilst Party B manages to reserve all the proposed services for Party A, Party B reserves the right to make changes of equivalent services in case transportation/ accommodation or required services are fully booked or affected by force majeure or events beyond Party B’s control. In this case, Party B always tries its best to inform Party A about the changes as soon as possible.
Before departure:
If Party B makes any change before departure, Party B shall inform the client as soon as possible. When a change is made, Party A may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of a part of money paid on the changed portion of the trip only or accepting an alternative tour offered.
After departure:
Party B reserves the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of their control.  Party B reserves the right to decide if Party A needs to be turned back at any time if they feel someone poses a safety threat to themselves or others.

  • Amendments can be made depending on the availability of the services.
  • In such emergency circumstances, the additional costs of any necessary itinerary alterations shall be covered by Party A. Please note Party B is not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the changes of itinerary such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.

UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services included in the tour price, but not used by Party A. If Party A leaves a trip for any reason after it has begun, Party B is not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
RESPONSIBILITY
A very high level of care is taken to ensure suppliers maintain high standards. However, as Party B does not operate transfer services, hotels/home-stays or restaurants, it cannot be responsible in any way for problems resulting from the booking, unless it is a direct result of negligence on the part of Party B or its employees. 
PASSPORT
All customers must hold a valid passport and valid visa. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain a current Vietnam visa, although Party B can assist with obtaining a Vietnamese Visa if requested.
Party B has no jurisdiction or power to grant visas to Vietnam, as it is decided by the Vietnamese Government.
A photocopy will be made and provided to local police for registration before accessing any area that Party B conducts tours.
TRAVEL INSURANCE AND RISKS:
Party A must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering medical treatment, natural disaster, personal accidents, medical evacuation, cancellation fees, and etc.
Party A understands that during the course of the trip, certain events may occur such as accidents or illness in a remote location without medical facilities and agrees to assume all risks and not hold Party B liable on all accounts of accident or illness.
GOOD FAITH
All information and advice provided either directly or via email related to vaccinations, climate and weather, trekking equipment, visas, and etc. are given in good faith but Party B takes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
FITNESS LEVEL
Party A must be in good physical health before attempting any tour with Party B. It is vital that participants with pre-existing medical problems or conditions make these known to Party B in advance.
If Party B discovers Party A has an undisclosed medical condition that could affect them on the tour, or if Party A lies on their medical form in any manner, Party B reserves the right to cancel the program without refund at any time.
If the medical status of Party A changes at any time after booking, it is their responsibility to inform Party B immediately.
Medical and evacuation expenses are the responsibility of the participant. It is important that Party A consults their doctor regarding vaccinations and other medical requirements before departure.
If Party A cannot complete any section of the tour due to lack of physical ability, they will be turned back at their own cost.
FORCE MAJEURE
During the term of this agreement, neither party shall be in default of its obligations to the extent that its performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, bankruptcy of a vendor, strikes and other labor disturbances, acts of war, civil disturbances, and other equivalent or comparable events.
PRIVACY
Party B respects Party A’s privacy. Party B will only collect personal information that is relevant to Party A’s travel arrangements.
Party B will protect the privacy of the information provided by Party A and will only pass it along to third parties such as hotels and local authorities when it is necessary to fulfill Party A’s travel arrangements.
In providing this information to Party B, Party A consents to Party B using this personal information for the purpose of making and completing arrangements of related services.
